Returns policy
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Return anything unworn within 28 days. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel sits underneath this and is never reduced by it.
The window
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are cancelling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Our brand policy gives you 28 days from delivery to do both.
Condition
Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. You may try a piece on as you would in a shop. Where a garment has clearly been worn beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, as the Regulations permit.
How to return
Email hello@shekinahwear.co.uk with your order number and we will send a tracked label. UK return postage is £3.95, deducted from your refund, and free where the garment is faulty or does not match its Coverage Spec.
Refunds
Processed to your original payment method within three working days of the parcel reaching us, and always within the 14 days the Regulations allow. Original standard delivery is refunded too when you cancel the whole order.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons the Jersey Under-Scarf cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless it is faulty. Nothing else is excluded.
