What we collect
To fulfil an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email and order contents. If you subscribe: your email address, and the product handle if you asked to be told about a restock.
Why we may hold it
Order data is processed to perform our contract with you, and retained for six years to meet HMRC record-keeping duties. Marketing email is sent on consent, which you can withdraw in one click from any email.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We load no third-party analytics or marketing scripts unless you turn them on in the cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Write to privacy@shekinahwear.co.uk and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
